3-Day Refund Window
If you wish to cancel your donation, you may request a full refund within 3 days of the original transaction date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund, as funds will have already been allocated toward our programs.
How to Request a Refund

Please include your full name, donation amount, and the date of your transaction. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests submitted after the 3-day window will not be processed. Processing fees charged by our payment provider may not be recoverable and could be deducted from the refunded amount.
Recurring Donations
If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel future payments, please contact us at any time and we will cancel your subscription immediately. Only the most recent charge within the 3-day window is eligible for a refund.
